I second that, both were brilliant tonight.

As was nico until he was suddenly dropped for a half fit rodri.

Rodri has about 12 shots tonight aswel all off target. He played ok but we were firing with nico. How we have zero legs in midfield is insane.

Khusa motm. Rodri grew into it. Haaland coming off stymied any impetus we had, for all his faults then opposition are scared of him and we lost all our threat when he came off. Marmoush is just not suited to us, we need to bin him. Dias is in a rum run of form for a year now. Doku excellent, cherki excellent (please release the ball sooner pal)

We didn't deserve the loss. We were better than the result.

Spirited performance from most the 10 minus Haaland and the Dutch Ghost.

Bernado fucks us over again against Madrid with his Paneka Penalties and straight Red Cards,

This game was lost in the first Leg when Pep forgot to take his Meds before picking the team. Looked like one of the Waltons tonight. Got to say he is looking ill.

The defeat was cruel in the end.

What is the betting it will be normal service again Sunday with Savinho first name on the team sheet and Cherki back on the Bench.

Dias is finished. He can't live off treble year and "leadership" he is the slowest defender I've seen. Ake is slow as fuck but even he looks better than dias these days.

This team is crying out for a Fernandinho like midfielder who is decent on the ball, can tackle, can turn sharper than a tractor, and is not slow as fuck. Because at the moment if you get 1 yard past our CMs, we are not going to catch you and the CBs will drop off until you can get a shot off

We put in a really spirited performance tonight. We were always up against it with 11 never mind 10. I think the whole team put a shift in (minus Marmoush)

For 80 minutes against the worst madrid side in decades who have 9 players injured. Then decided to call it a day and let vinicious have a few tap ins. And dias might have had one of the worst CB performances I've seen from any defender under Pep.

The highlight of the game for me was Pep finally changing up how we play. Unfortunately too many of the players just aren't at the standard that City had a few years ago. Mentally, technically, and physically

Please give statsitcal evidence they are the worst RM in decades.

Dias I will say is no longer a starter for me.

There are some players still transitiong quite a few who've arrived in the last couple windows, some have hit the ground running.

Re group in the summer with hopefully some sort of pre season (regardless of whom is in charge)

At most we can get it is one of 2 domestic pots to salvage something.

Ait-Nouri shit his pants on the Vini shot that led to the penalty. Could have gotten closer or made more of an attempt to block the shot but stopped and turned his back. Not good enough.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Take Reijnders with Marmoush, Just not the level needed to chase four trophies year after year.

What boiled my p1ss was at halftime Pep had his arm around TAAs shoulder laughing and joking, like he was best mates.... I've had enough of him now, his time is up. We need a manager that installs a bit of fight into the players that need it. Minus Khus of course..

Khus is a beast. What a performance he put in last night. If only some of the other players had half the fight he does we’d be ok.
As for Reijnders I just don’t get him. He offers absolutely nothing. Weak, soft and doesn’t loom arsed.

Haalands fastest move of the game was after the final whistle to run over to Vini and Mbape to give them hugs (probable to say “see you soon lads”)
Dias should be nowhere near a starting 11 now. Anyone know when Gvardiol is due back?
Did anyone see the replay at half time where Cherki went down in the first half, looked like he had his heel kicked and should have been a pen

Obviously baby reindeer because he doesn't do much.

Pissing himself when he balloons shots over does wind me up.

I do agree peps attitude like with the TAA doesn't help with all these players lack of fight.

Imagine kev! He'd have been sent off he would have been that raging.

I was behind the goal for the Cherki one. Everyone screaming for a pen, looked nailed on.
Khus was fantastic, I thought Nunes was as well. He did some great defensive work, Dias terrible, Reinders lightweight.
We actually played well last night, looked like they had 10 men for lots of it . The guy looked yards offside in the build up to the pen but i heard Dias was playing him on.

This watered down Champions league serves only one purpose, money for the needy

The qualifiers are boring and the play offs were structured for the benefit of madrid(s) and Barca/ Bayern.

The referee last night didn't care , booked City players but let madrid get away with loads. Two clear penalties, vini diving.

By the way, any one see their hat trick hero from last week or did he fall off the wing.

The CL has had it's day. Time to go back to the European Cup. The PL , FA Cup and Carabao more important
