I really feared they would abandon the game with 15 minutes left to play. Did you see that absolute twat of a Burnley manager trying to get the 4th official to abandon the game for a replay?
so now as every enemy circles our city

Brrrrilliant effort.
Lads, I thought matches had to survive 72 minutes before they could not be abandoned. That certainly was the case for a match here once. The team I supported was leading 3-0 before the sub tropical storm hit leaving the pitch waterlogged. Of course, they drew the replay.

Well that was utterly boring.
I prefer a nice, tight match with a tension which lasts until the last few minutes until we let a goal in.

Fastest ever 3 goals for one team?
Amazin result. We were always gonna be a bit boring in the second half, it happens to every team in the world when you have a start like that.
Did anyone ever confirm 100% what time it is when you can no longer call the game off?

Sadly, I don't think you could call that a tropical storm Dazby...It's Burnley...and you can't polish a turd as far as they're concerned.

I think Burnley dodged a bullet there. Seems funny saying that when we score 6

Absolte fantastic first half, saw the first three goals with my nose pressed against an Irish Bar window waiting for it to open.
We could have had more if the pitch wasn't so fucked after half time, that pitch was disgracefull.
Happy with the performance, chuffed for Ade and Vieira.

The pitch in the second half reminded me of Wembley's surface, totally knackered.

What a great first half, and along with this a sensible 2nd half. With the pitch that bad it made snece not to go and get a shit load of players injured. Well done lads all round.
