It is quite incorrect to cheat.

There will be enough opportunities, starting next week, for Teves to overtake Rooney.

It was clearly Nedums goal. Teves reacted and it hit his foot going in anyway.

So come on Carlos, be a man and tell everybody that Ned scored the goal . :-)

Which City player touched the ball last before it crossed the line - Tevez - there's the answer, end of.

Tevez touched it last, so it's his, even if the ball would have gone in all the same without his touch.

I agree. Had Ned not scored his 2nd, I'd have said it was his, as he deserved something more than a top performance to show for today.

This isn't a fucking dubious goal commitee decision where the striker had a shot and it changed direction when a defender touched it.

The last attacker to touch the ball, be it by a cunt hair, is the goal scorer.

Amd that, as they say, IS THAT.

Ned, in his post match interview, said if Tevez wants it, it's his... end of argument!

I would usually say Ned, but as I've got £40 riding to Carlotto to be top prem scorer I am delighted to say Tevez. Just wish they could credit him with the other three today.

Sign him up Fergie. (oh sorry, you don't need him, you've got Berbatov).

Which just made me remember, we made them pay well over the odds for the useless twat.

It's not even a case for an argument imo, it's clearly Tevez's goal. May well have been saved if he hadn't deflected it.

Tevez for me, any slight touch by a striker is enough for him to claim it.

that's what the rules say and if we go by the book, the answer has to be Tevez. However I voted Ned out of principle. First of all, I never noticed it touched Tevez's foot until the showed some extreme close up in second half. In old days it would've been Ned's goal anyway. Second, I think it's unreasonable that Johnson isn't getting an assist for that top notch 'dropping leaf' corner. He put it RIGHT where he wanted it to land. Finally we have a player who knows how to put decent corners in the box.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Quite right mate. Tevez clearly turned his foot to deflect it. Bloody quick reactions. If not it would have hit defender and/or goalie.

Obvious on the replays but no-one spotted it first time on telly.
