I reckon that's more from all the beer you drank on Saturday night sunshine...

Who says Preds don't make the ball swerve....

It was far to hot in there, they need to spend some money on some decent air con.

Joe was a super little player and had a bit of a football brain. Kids are normally greedy but Joe knew when to pass and when to smash about 6 past Lee !!!

I've been off the fags for a while but had one or two weak moments recently but will be leaving them alone again. I've also lost nearly a stone since last time out, it was a shocker for me to find how unfit I was.
I enjoyed it today though and was burning up far more last month when we played.
The nippers played well enough aklthough BBL recently should stop thinking it's good to show up fat knackers who are trying to play nets. The little get!
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

didn't get back from London until 8pm and wouldn't have been in a fit state.

Sounds like you had a whale of a time. Are you doing the same again this weekend?

Dunno nick but if we do I'm bringing one of those hand held fans that run on batteries.

I'd rather eat my feet than play in that heat again! No excuses as to my performance though, I was amazingly shite.

cheers for organising it andie, I am not even aching today which means I was far too conservative with the running (SORRY TEAM)

However, I am looking forward to the next game already, I have a taste for it now ad want to be able to give a positive contribution some time soon.

OH YES, my lad is not allowed to play anymore as he is grounded for winding me up and telling me he OWNED mev ;-)

he has always played since he was 5, I was his coach for 5 years and then he played for a french team.

He started as a GK and was scouted by City when he was 9 but they took one look at me and knew he would be a short arse. He trained with them for about 13 weeks. He decided to play outfield when we went to france 3 years ago and he played up front and loved it.
