If he is available and would come I think he could play in a very fluid attacking team. He could be our general.
Just snubbed the rags & said he's staying where he is.

And I'm not losing it, just making a point!

Outcunt! What a great word.
To outcunt(v.) to be more of a cunt than sb. Eg. I still want us to buy Balotelli just to see if he can outcunt Sturridge. Hopefully the good people of the Oxford Dictionary are following this thread and will include Ant's linguistic innovation in its next edition.
For the record, I don't think Balotelli can outcunt Sturrige. Who could?
Added to the dictionary!

Inter striker Mario Balotelli is set to flee from the club and join either Manchester City or Manchester U***d as his agent Mino Raiola heads to England to meet directors of both clubs.
Il Corriere dello Sport reports Raiola will listen to both clubs as they make their pitch for the Italian striker. And whichever offers the best package for his client will have to shell out €40 million to sign him from the treble champions.
The Nerazzurri will be prepared to sell their hitman for such a fee and Raiola's English meeting is likely to accelerate a deal. Inter will then turn their focus to Edinson Cavani of Palermo or Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt, but the Dutchman recently claimed he was happy at Anfield, whereas the Rosanero have said they will not sell their striker to Inter.
Meanwhile, negotiations for Maicon are still turned off as Real struggle to up their €25m offer - considered €10m too little by Inter president Massimo Moratti.
Jose Mourinho is eager to sign the Brazilian, but he needs to obtain permission from Florentino Perez before offering his former club more cash for the transfer. If the deal collapses then Inter will keep the stopper and offer him a new deal including a wage increase

Surely we cant do that & neither can the rags? He's mad as a box of frogs.

I think this is a problem we're gonna have regardless. I've said it before, I don't believe we can have four top quality strikers on our books, because there's no way one (or even two) will be happy playing the cup games and games of lesser importance... we need a player who is perhaps coming towards the end of his career and doesn't want/expect to play every game... or a promising player who knows he'll have to force his way in and not bitch...
To be honest, I think Ade and Tevez have the makings of a quality partnership... the problem last season was creating the chances (Silva should help there) in the first place, so I don't see why we're (supposedly) going for two top notch strikers.

I think we can sign a couple but we don't want to sign any player who's got issues with it before we start! I think 4 top strikers will win us trophies though, especially if one is a proper goalsniffer Who gets in the 6 yard box.
Imo we have to be careful assuming Tevez will score 20-30 goals. He may do that for the rest of his career but he could quite easily drop to 10-15 goals. Ade is a bit of an unknown quantity. RSC is looking fitter than he was but still not the player that played against us for Blackburn. We need to have quality up front every game.

We are now a club with status, and on the up, all Europe know that. So it is much easier to keep 4 strikers happy in those circunstances than previously. Players at a top club know the deal, and when managed correctly should be 'happy' enough. Mancini had a load of strikers at Inter and he has said we will go for Balotelli if available. He knows him better than us on here I would've thought.

If he ends up with him & Ibrahimovic he'll be trusting his own judgement that's for sure!
Dzeko pleads with Wolfsburg to lower huge £50m price tag
Edin Dzeko is confident that Wolfsburg will drop their £50million asking price and allow him to join Manchester City.
City have been put off by the German club's demands which rocketed as soon as a £35m release clause in Dzeko's contract expired.
But the Bosnia striker is still hopeful he can persuade them to lower the figure. He said: 'I want to clarify that it is not a matter of money, but of ambition. I feel I have to take a leap in quality and play for a big club.
'It is an important moment of my career and I also explained that to the leaders of Wolfsburg.
'With them I have a wonderful relationship and I'm sure they will fulfil my desire.'
Dzeko remains high on City's list of transfer targets if they can sign him at the right price, and manager Roberto Mancini admitted last week that he is interested in the possibility of partnering him with Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola wants to hold talks with City and rivals Manchester United this week. He said: 'There have been good offers by Man Utd and City. The interest in Manchester is real, and both clubs confirmed this.
