Thats from Twitter. A move to Sunderland would be a bit of a comedown from Arsenal or the others he was perhaps hoping for. Personally if ireland wants to leave City it confirms my suspicions that he's nuts, and for Sunderland?

Reja seeks end to Kolarov saga
Lazio boss Edy Reja wants full-back Aleksandar Kolarov's future to be resolved in the near future so he can plan for next season.
Kolarov, 24, had been tipped to move to Real Madrid, but Manchester City now look to be leading the race and Reja recently said a deal to take the player to Eastlands was "in the finishing straight".
However, Lazio president Claudio Lotito has now claimed he has yet to receive a formal bid from City and Reja admits the uncertainty is unhelpful.
"He's been destined to leave for about a month now and yet he is still here," he said. "We still haven't sorted out where he will be playing and I hope that a final decision will be made soon. We need to understand whether he will leave or whether he will be staying.
"It's clear that if we sell him then we do need an alternative in that part of the pitch. However, I don't want players to be signed until other players have been sold.
"I've got around 26 or 27 players at this moment in time and we need to get rid of some because I don't want to be managing a squad of 30."

Tbf he was fooking wank though.
I mean he just ran straight. Dead straight. Didn't turn just straight.
Never was cut out for the top flight.

Yeah. It would've been dead hilarious if it wasn't so sad. Another warning that people shouldn't make judgement on players ability accroding to one individual tournament. He DID look great in that one Copa America.

I sometimes wonder if Chairman drag these things out so that the manager does not have time to spend the money.
