Strongly disagree about Kompany being "one of the best" centre-backs around. Good lad. Good player. Good adaptable player. Good squad player. Not world-class.
Best players (my opinion):
GK: Given
DF: Lescott, Kolarov
MF: Yaya, Silva, Johnson, Ireland (could and should be)
ATT: Ade, Tevez
Best overall: Let's wait and see but Tevez on last season's showing.
