I had to check and yes, he is eligible. That's because U21's competitions are always so that if you are turn 21 during the calendar year when QUALIFICATION starts, you are eligible to play in the competition. U21 qualification started 2009, the year Micah turned 21. If my memory serves me, the tournament is held in july meaning Micah could be 23 by the time of the final!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
