No, it's fucking brain numbing, boring shite that I no longer wish to watch. Sort it out.
Ah mate, not you as well? Its the media for fuck sake, not Mancini.
You Bobby hating bastard!!!
You're just trying to create a division on here. You're letting your feelings for Hughes rule your head. Hughes manages Fulham now, don't you know???
Tokyo adding some sanctimonious bullshit to the pile of fucking crap spouted by those (mainly by previously anti-Hughes idiots) frantically trying to convince everyone that the increasingly clueless Mancini is the answer.
I like Bobby a lot as an individual, don't want him sacked but dickheads trying to tell me and others that we are mad/reactionary/naive/foolish to question Mancini......well you can all fuck off
john68 wrote:Dub,
You are right to raise any issues or concerns that you may have Mate.
My answer tothose concerns is that it is still far to early to consider a definitive answer.
You may well be right but we won't know that until everything that mancini has planned to do is in place.
It is always right to voice conderns and have them rationally debated. What tends to happen though is that too often rationality goes out of the window and emotion starts to rule the head. I am as disappointed as you mate at present.

We don't need the media to drag us through the dirt. You just have to come on here and read this pile of fucking shite. This is exactly what the press have been wanting you to do for six months, turn on your players and your manager. And you set of thick cunts are falling for it. I wonder sometimes, I really fucking do.
Let's look at a few facts. We are 4th in the table, a nice three-point cushion ahead of Bolton in 5th. We are still in Europe. Yes, Europe. Remember that? I do. And we qualified properly not by some fucking UEFA Fair Play bollocks. And we are joint top of the group no less. OK, we are out of the league cup but every year for the last fucking thirty-odd (bar one or two) we've been out by now anyway so no real loss there in the grand scheme of things. We are not playing well but we are fucking hard to beat even when we don't play well. My old man used to say to me, "If you can't win, then a draw is the next best thing". And he is still as right now as he was when he said it.
I make no apology for being positive, even though any kind of overall positive opinion does not seem to be de rigueur these days round these parts. I fully expect the usual knobheads (I am sure you know who you are - I certainly know who you are) to misquote me or put words in my mouth that I haven't fucking said, then come out with their usual snidey shite and whatever. Blah. But even Helen fucking Keller could see that the overall trend is upwards and I am determined to remain positive about my football team, thanks very much. If you don't want to bother, you can lick my fucking hairy ringpiece.
40 odd thousand cunts just booed the team off the park.............why not email each one of them and tell them they are knob heads!!

I just believe that building a team is a long term project and we as fans should allow that longer term more time to develop before making our definitive judgement. If Mancini has all his bricks stacked up and there is no improvement, I will be quick to state that he should be replaced....But not yet!...Still far too early.

or he hasn't scored in the last 3 at home - depends how you want to play with the stats
Yes we're 4th, a full 3 points clear of the mighty Bolton, so appear to be on track. However, 22 points in 13 games = 65 over a season, 2 less than last season, and at least 5 less than accepted is required for 4th. I can't remember how many games/points Hughes had last season, but the reason given for his sacking was that we weren't on the right trajectory, or similar Cookism. We're not on it now either, so the only thing keeping him in a job is finding an alternative.
Don't forget, Hughes was sacked on the back of a win, once they'd lined Mancini up. If they decide Rijkaard may do better or convince a Hiddink to come, he'll be out the door without time to collect his scarf.
I said it a few days ago and nothing I've seen today has convinced me otherwise, he'll be gone in the summer. If he doesn't make 4th, he's out. If he does, we're more attractive to other coaches and I don't think Mancini is showing enough ambition to play exciting football to make you think he could win the league.
You've often re-iterated the importance of CL football to the long term aims of the club, but the revenue streams required also need people to want to watch us and want to buy shirts. At the moment, most City fans don't want to watch it, let alone neutrals. That alone may be the cause of his demise.

Here Here TB...To everyone...Supporting a club is a bit like a marriage...... For richer for poorer, in sickness and in health. If all you have to do is bitch about two performances, where we didnt get 6 points, then fuck off to Droylsden, Oldham or Trafford.
I'd rather stand by 25 or 30,000 people who'll support the club through thick and thin, rather than a bunch of trophy hunting, happy clapping, bandwagon jumping, fair-weather dickheads

You haven't really read the thread, have you mate?

Because teves was having a very poor game.
I would have taken him off earlier , he was playing for himself and not the team

He is our star striker and we fail when he is not on the pitch.
And if I'm not mistaken, our friend here wants to know why a defensive midfielder is seen as the ideal replacement for our star striker, when we badly needed a goal?
john68 wrote:Blue Since 76,
You haven't seen anything in the past, does not preclude you seeing it in the future Mate.
A bit like looking at the foundations of a house and criticising the roof...that hasn't yet been built.
Try looking at this...He changed the defence and it has proved to be successful. Our midfield ids more stable defensively, Mancini was unable to strengthen the attack with the targets he wanted. Mario was not his 1st choice and we are still looking to land a World class striker...Allow him the quality he wants to bring in and then make up your mind.
Try looking to the future and not only the past.
