The only grounds that City have to do anything is on moral grounds that they would be being a bit heartless with Tevez if they say threw him in the reserves and threatened to sue him if he doesn't turn up.

Why would a football agent want to "dick" with the richest club in the world that need to make signings in future and will offer huge wages/transfer fees/signing bonus'. It's like splitting up with your missus the day after she won the euromillions. You just wouldnt do it.
He might be a dick but if city refuse to deal with him anymore he would be the one losing out on a SHIT load of money. More than he'd make from tevez in the rest of his say 5 year career anyway and if tevez spends the next 3.5 years of that on our bench or worse yet not being payed and not being allowed to sign for a new club how does he benefit?
He either had/has something lined up and in that case wouldnt the other club be accused of tapping up our player if they have arranged with his agent to force the transfer?
It's confusing on a few levels.

I can't see Bobby putting him in the Team for Monday. Has that been confirmed already?
I hope he takes the captaincy away from him pronto as well and gives it to someone who deserves it.

MEN is reporting that he will play monday if Mancini thinks he can be professional about it and the armband will go to Kolo or Komps.
I would love for the stadium to go deathly, couldn't hear a pin drop quiet when his name is read out. Won't happen but I'd fuckin love it.

I would love it if he got the biggest fucking cheer and applause known to man, he is still a City player, he is still our top scorer, and I have not seen or heard him myself saying he does not want to be.
I have read quotes that were most likely fabricated or released by Kia.
People get over excited and say things they shouldnt go back on (as the Munichs did with Rooney) I am not going to judge Tevez until I know if it actually was him or until I see him on SSN holding up another teams shirt?

Ha ha... or maybe decades of following this club has taught me to stay level headed and not jump into a frenzie about something that may or may not happen as well all know how little truth comes out through the media and how quickly situations change.
Tevez is still a city player, I will continue to treat him as such.
