Mario out for another 12 days?

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Mario out for another 12 days?

Postby Tony P » Mon Jan 31, 2011 3:09 pm

Just watching the video of the head tennis on the facebook site and in the background you can hear someone clearly say "Mario came over.... at least 12 days to help with the transition.... the first two days.... "

Could this be one of the physios talking about Balo? It makes me feel like a dirty NOTW journalist listening to someone else's conversation!

Happens about a minute in.

At the end the same voice says "Once James came in and did a good job, the best of them".

Perhaps a physio talking about some kind of exercise / physical test?

I'm sure Mancini said he was back today from the US and he would need another 10 days to get fit. That would suggest he might be involved in the derby. Personally I'll be surprised. Pencil him in for the Aris games.

Ah - I wondered where that SSN bit-at-the-bottom this morning 'City hope to have Balotelli fit for derby' came from.

Mario is at Carrington now working on his rehab inside. Also there are SWP and AJ. Training today is at 3.30!!!!

Hope they have floodlights so I can see what's going on.

Me too. Not to mention as it's at the swamp they can kick the shit out of our players without getting booked. As a result Balos knee could be hurt again and he'd be sent off.
