Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Tevez is the obvious choice, but I'm going for Joe Hart. After a lot of pressure building on him over the last few weeks I thought he did everything perfectly today when called upon.

I only saw the second half and Vinny was first class.

I was very pleased with Joe today.Concentration was good ( even though he managed a very weak Poznan) and he mad decent saves when called upon and great to get a clean sheet even if it was a bit fortunate that WBA were poor when it mattered with the final pass/shot.

Tevez, it is his 27:th birthday, and he got a hattrick. Cant argue with that.

Tevez - not just for the goals - his all round performance
Mentions for Vinnie and Silva as well - particularly like the understanding that Silva and Tevez seem to be forming

Milner for me. I know he has his detractors on here but he was excellent. The entire midfield five plus Toure and Hart shone, but Milner and Tevez stood out most in my opinion.

Silva for me
Looks like he's finally shaken off the effects of his injury
And just in time, too!

Lot of good performances, Kolarov in a new position was excellent and won the 1st pen. Hart bounced back well, Milner found some form, Jerome looked like he had his boots on the right feet and Vinny as always was immense.
That said there's only 1 Carlos Tevez!!!
Tracking back is overrated.

That's our first hat trick for a while. Got to be the greedy one.

There were probably better performances out there, Kompany, Silva, Tevez, but I've gone for Milner as he had one of his best performances for us. No coincidence that he was playing from a centrral position either. Had to laugh when Mancini nearly blew a gasket at him in the second half for misplacing a pass

Mancini was blowing a gasket at quite a few things that went on in the 2nd half. Quite right too.

I thought it was a toss up between Silva and Tevez. As a combination they are close to unplayable when they get going. Three goals means Carlito has to get t though. Hart did well though.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.
