I think we lack a classic leader figure, someone who everyone respects, is very vocal on the pitch and can drive everyone on when we're in the shit. Kompany and NdJ are good shouts for the future but they're too inexperienced and too new to really have that club connection.
Tevez for me is the natural choice atm because he leads by example with his work ethic, is top scorer, has won trophies and won't tolerate failure. I think he gets that message through even though he doesn't speak the language, it's not just politics for me
