I actually like the idea. Save Tevez for Aris but keep him on the bench.

Once Dzeko sorts out his first touch he's gonna get a bagful.

Well he's definitely a better chance of coming good than swp has

Ted Hughes wrote:Dzeko looks absolutely fine to me. Looks like he may score every time he gets the ball around the penalty area imo. Why we don't feed him more often is baffling but no doubt Ade & RSC will have warned him about that.

Idid worry about the numpty faction getting on his back if he didn't score too many in his 1st season but I just can't see him not scoring after watching him. It just seems inevitable he'll score shitloads of goals to me although I'm sure he'll always miss a fair few too, he's that sort of player.

This is exactly how I feel about Dzeko. He's not afraid to take a shot on and when we actually put crosses in, he has been on the end of them. I've been impressed so far and think once he gets a continued run of games he'll be great.

The service he's getting though is not up to scratch and that needs to be resolved soon. Once we get crosses into the box regularly I can see him scoring plenty for us.

Jo is so bad, he'd struggle in the Chamionship.

There is plenty of space where Tevez isn't.

Other strikers need to learn to roll and rotate and use there fucking pea sized brains to move into the space that Tevez pulls a defender out of.

We saw the very same point made into pretty pictures for when Silva and Villa were at Valencia. One drops back, the other fills that space, its rips terrified defenders apart.

Imagine being the CB told to mark Tevez so tightly all game that you cup his balls for 90 mins. Tevez drops deep, do you follow? what about the space behind you....................oh........fuck, they scored....

I had a dream last night that Dzeko scored 2 headers for us tomorrow.

However, Tim Sherwood was also playing for us, so make of it what you will.
