Them little pellets might be small and most folk think unharmful, but it went through my trousers and embedded in the side of my knee. No major damage but it fucking hurt!

Well, he's mental for bringing the gun to the training ground in the first place, and since it was his own why didn't he know it was loaded? Surely he should remember if he put it away loaded when he previously used it, plus there must be a way to signal that it is in fact loaded on the gun itself?

All of this aside, though, if it really was unintended I don't think the police should be called, but I'm not familiar with laws in this kind of events.

Just a dumb stupid move by a professional athlete. Athletes like movie stars, seem to lack
