One of the best games I've watched this year. Outstanding from Birmingham. Our lads should watch it back at Training on Monday, Birmingham showed real passion and pride for the shirt today. We could learn a lesson from them.

Top marks to them, they deserved there lucky break at the end!

Agreed, Maybe Wenger's excuse is that Arsenal are a young side.....haha

Zigic flick on bounced between arsenal center back and goalie, sczezney fucks it all up, bounces right to martians for open goal from 2 yards out. Woefull defending and a proper cockup by arsenal

And we got knocked out by West Brom reserves.

Remember that? when we played a totally makeshift team and lost, and many on here told us who complained that it would be for the greater good?

Birmingham won the trophy! says it all .....

Gutted that Brum won the cup, lived their for 3 and a bit years and they are truly awful fans. Villa and West Brom fans are much more civilised.

So many teams get to have their big day out at Wembley and here we are £350million spent and still don't get a look in. Makes me extra angry when we put out weakened teams!

So is that Bham into the Europa Cup for next season? And does someone else miss out?

Milner came here, he said, because he wanted to win trophies. Should have gone to Birmingham, he'd already have one.

Be interesting to see how Arsenal respond - their season could implode and we may look back on todays result as even more costly in terms of final league position.

Had to chuckle yesterday when one of the pundits refrered to "Arsenals Long suffering fans". I can't think of many fans whove suffered less.

Scouse 1 will take our 5th spot by winning EL and Scouse 2 will take the other place by reaching FA cup final ;)

Fair play to Birmingham, from what I saw of the game after I got back from Eastlands today they wanted it more than Arsenal did.

Comedy defending for the winner though, but we've all seen it happen.

Just goes to show that pride in the shirt goes a long way - something our players need to learn from.
