Cannot imagine how this is so hard?
What about those of us who have seasoncards in level 3? We have to move?
You don't count as you are not real fans. More like cardboard cut outs.

Have they got rid of it there? Loved having that when I was living in town last year, used to go and get my tickets straight after work for most games.

Earlier this season I had the devil's own job claiming seats. It was almost like they didn't want me to go to the game.
It seems to have been a right carve up for donkeys' years, no matter what 'improvements' they make.
It can't be that hard surely

Something to do with when the retail was franchised out again.

What a load of nonsense.
So in short, there is no real answer, apart from that level 3 seasoncard holders like myself have to move seats. Ridiculous

We need to get a campaign going for Spiv to be put in charge of this shambles. It's a joke.

hahahaha. From the OS:
"manchester city have announced new ticketing procedures with immediate effect. Tickets will no longer be available in advance of games. Supporters are to make their way immediately prior to the game to the Townley box office and ask for a cockney called spiv. Please be assured that the townley box office has a seemingly inexhaustible supply of tickets so don't be afraid of missing out on those big games. (Please note - there is a booking fee of 1 pint per transaction)."

It was tongue in cheek.
It's a nuisance having to move, as we in the South Stand can tell you. However, I'm glad that there is an increased allocation for away fans in the cup. It's only right.
I think giving the top tier on either side is not the worst idea, get them out of the way in the gods.

Apparently, the club were selling tickets for £10 this evening to fill the ground, thats great BUT its a real kick in the teeth for the regulars who happily parted with £22.50 for their seat. Can anyone confirm this, and if its true, its pretty crap, loyalty means nothing obviously.

Also just seen that if you want a seat in Level 2, you will have to pay £10 more for your Reading ticket than i will in Level 1, whats that all about.

I had a similar thing re the booking fee.
They messed up my online account meaning I can't order through there. I got an email saying they were sorting it out. Still charged £2 over the phone though even when they admitted they were at fault.
I've had nothing but trouble off the TO for years.
