City POTY - POLL

Postby Original Dub » Fri Mar 04, 2011 8:42 am

Ok, its heating up already on this front and I've a feeeling looking at the Silva thread that most people will vote for him, but I just wanted to see for sure... I'm not putting the whole squad in there, but I think I've more than covered the favourites?

This should be interesting...

Vinny K all the way for me. Not put a foot wrong and has now become 1st choice CB, I would put De Jong 2nd with Silva 3rd.

My choice is Vinnie. I can't image the squad without him.

One player has scored almost half of our goals in Prem. Where would we be without him?

Kompany is my 2nd choice, close to CT. He has been a ROCK.

Then Silva as 3rd, he makes us tick. You can see that in the games when he is taken off, our passing game totally collapses.

Tevez for me, followed by Vinny. That guy has really suprised me.

Silva third and De Jong fourth!

The season isn't over yet Dubs. You're a bit early aren't you? I make it a 4 way tie with two just behind at the moment.

If it's solely based on performances on the pitch then Tevez for me. Vinny K is a better servant all round IMO though.

Its only a gauge mate - the Silva thread was beginning to go down this route, so I said we'd give it a blast.

Also, I think its safe to say the "run-in" or "business end" of the season has gotten underway and it'll be interesting to see how the votes change..

I've said all season long that Vinnie has been consistently superb, should be our captain, and is without doubt our player of the season

Notable mentions also to Silva, Tevez and De Jong

Vinny way out in front. future captain I reckon and I'd have no qualms about it if and when Carlos goes.

How nice is it to actually have quite a tough'ish choice

Gone are the days when that spasticated carthorse Dunne ran away with it....thank god.

Vincent for me. Followed by Carlos and then Silva
