So are you trying to reset it merely to access your number of loyalty points? if I ring them up with my supporter number they won't be able to tell me how many points I've got?
Are you sure your password isn't just your postcode? That's what it starts as by default.
Cheers, but just tried that, lower case/upper case, with a space between and not, and no joy.
It is your postcode, and how it shows you to input it (like so: AB15CD), if you haven't been in and changed your password.
I reset it a while ago. I have recently changed my email address so that could have ballsed everything up. They have told me over the phone that I have 3940 points however I am on the cup scheme so i could get my wemmbbeerllleee ticket straight away. The good news is I know a programme seller and they get 45 tickets each before the players and manager get theirs so I am well in.
