New Home Kit Apparently

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Haha cheers. I'd REALLY recommend this.

Penny basically shows how Catalan is Vulgar Latin which is less evolved than Castilian, which itself is Vulgar Latin less evolved than Portuguese. Good book for looking at how Classical Latin was disfigured and dispersed across Southern Europe. Fascinating (but then Iberian languages is what I 'do', so I would say that).

EDIT: Apologies for the off-topicness.

Lol! But if you check the Latin origin, the "u" was never in those words to begin with. Yanks have got it right on this one.

Ignoring the worryingly interesting language history chat for a moment, there is a more fatal flaw in you argument, the Yanks think they speak English not Latin! :-) We could also do some sort of part exchange scheme with them to swap most of their Z's (pronounced zeds) for S's and if anyone knows how to soften the C in schedule for them it would be a massive help

You`re lucky still waiting for mine after pre ordering to get it FIRST and it`s not come as of yet. I think the posty delivering the kids kit is the same posty that tried to deliver my first issued semi ticket...theiving twat.

Hopefully you'll get it today mate and be down the pub proudly wearing it later!

I doubt that it is spelt like that....isn't it Indian/Persian in origin as a word.

That is pajama written in Arabic above, and I think I'm right in saying it actually says BAJAMA (due to their being no P in the Arabic language)

don't start with me, infidel.

cheers

p.s. my first generation American / Italian mother says "chicken", "chiggen" just in case anyone was curious. She also uses "shrimps" as a plural for shrimp. Also, she loves smelts. She is visiting this week so the wife and i can go to Miami and have a drink or two and fondle each other at a nice hotel and lay out on the beach.

I'm gonna reserve judgement til i've seen it. On the video it looks alright but on some photo's the blue looks wrong.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.
