I was so wrong when i believed no football club would be foolish enough to pay 20 million for Stewart Downing.
Also felt we had signed the next big thing in Nerry Castillo, now that was poor judgement.

HAHA
Wish I'd posted that.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I thought David Silva was going to be too light weight and wouldn't cut it in the prem! And 18 months - 1 year ago I often said Micah was shit and we should get rid. Sorry Micah, sorry David! I was spot on about Santa cruz, Adebayor and Hughes tho!
There was a thread when Adebayor signed named 'is this our most exciting signing ever' or something along those lines....I said 'no, I'm gutted!'

I always respected my older brothers views on Football, I had my doubts him being red and all that bollocks.
I saw him as fair inded never one to gloat, well all that changed ! When we beat the rags 1-0 at Wembley the real RED TWAT came out, I love him to bits but he is and will always be a very twisted bitter fucked up rag.

I am suprised I am the only one who it seems that was over the moon when we bought Mcmananananman,I thought with him and Fowler we were gonna be great.

Two words and other one spelled wrong.

I was always backing Robbie Fowler. Convinced once he was got fit he would bang them in. There was at one point in 05 were he put a few games together and banged a few in (around the time Pearce took over?) and I had a bet with a mate he would make the world cup squad for 06.
The thing about Fowler is that even when keeps dropping down levels he never looks like he's good enough. I do respect him for keep playing though. All that money he's made he could have stopped when he was no longer good enough for the top level which sadly for us was roughtly around the time we signed him. Seems a long time ago now.
I did think Ned would go onto be a England centre half. I could be proved wrong yet. But I doubt it.
I thought bringing Paul Dickov back was a great move.
I really thought the year we spent big under KK and moved into the new stadium we would finish in the CL places.
I am still sure Mancini isnt the man to lead us to league and CL glory but will happily be proved wrong.

He's playing in Thailand now! Gets free tuk-tuk rides to the training and an unlimited supply of fried rice and Singha.
