Mase lad you know the score.

Stop being such a spoilsport and stop being a little beach.

What a minute i best give it a wink. ;-)

Right fuck this! MODS delete my account now. I'm sick of people making jokes about my posts. Vhero, Young Nath, Blue Boy Lewis thanks for the banter. You've shown me what being a real City fan means. Thanks.

Done.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

A new thread, perhaps?

Anyway, he's finally here. What a daft transfer deal that was. Wenger has utterly shit the bed, in my honest opinion.

Yep he should of sold both nasri and fabregas earlier to give himself a chance to get some replacements, wouldnt be surprised if he buys no one to replace them, selling clubs will a)not sell as they have no time for a replacement 2) hike the price up cos they know there desperate and Arse wont pay it.

They be lucky to get top 5 and if they go out of europe tom. it could be a long road for recovery....

unless he makes about 3 solid buys -- a CB, an attacking mid and a winger -- then he's fucked.

Clock's ticking on him...isn't it? Here's where he solidifies himself as a legend, or shows that it's past him at Arsenal i think.

On a side note we're really fucking things up for the big boys now, aren't we? Scouse missing top 4, the Arse falling apart...

good times.

How will our midfield look now?
I'm guessing that Nasri, Silva and Yaya would all be nailed on.

Wilshere, Rosicky, Song, Ramsey and Arshavin can carry the can in midfield for the time being. Vermaelen is class and Sczezny is actually starting to look the part.

Their real problems are up front in my opinion. No goals in two games and only Bendtner and Chamakh as back-up for the injury-prone RVP.

They need a striker and a centre-half at least until January.

Delighted to have got him but Arsenal's handling of this and the Fabregas transfer is absolutely baffling. Eight days left to rebuild a midfield and build a defence. You get the feeling that Wenger's stubborness will be the death of him.

I disagree, they play 3 central midfielders, they only have four and two of them are young and one is an old injury prone crock(rosicky), they need at least one centre midfielder at the very least. Sir Joey maybe? hes cheap and available might suit them short termish.

gervinho aswell can play up front as can Walcott and Arsehavin (who is a lazy bastard and wont hack it in midfield) so there not as bad off as you may think. A couple of there youngsters aswell coming through Sanchez Watt maybe(not sure if hes out on loan again though).

Arsenal will always create chances by the simple measure that even with Chamakh and Bendtner etc they're still better going forward than 75% of teams in the Premier League. Their problem, a bit like ours under Hughes, is that they're just atrocious at the back. If they had a solid base to build on for the rest of the year they'd be fine. But they don't, so with their 'still good, but not really that good' forward line not quite as match-saving as it once used to be their defensive weaknesses will be even more exposed. It's not looking good at all.
