Players with double barrelled names

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Players with double barrelled names

Postby HeyMark » Wed Aug 24, 2011 2:57 pm

Few of us in work have spent the day trying to think of as many players as we can with double-barrelled names.

Thought i'd bring it on here to see how many yous could get.

(Might need to be moved to off-topic)

These are not actually double-barrelled. Dito Yaya & Kolo, Touré is the only family name. Same with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

Full spanish names include the paternal & maternal family name, but usually only one is picked.

David Josué Jiménez Silva -> David Silva
Fernando José Torres Sanz -> Fernando Torres
etc

How about Courtney Meppen-Walter?

Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
