Blue card membership

Quick question, does this membership just entitle you to be able to purchase tickets off this card??

Whilst we're on this topic, has anyone received their card yet? And if I haven't, do you think my old accesscard will still get me in?

Got mine - sent to Spain as well no charge :) Had asked for it to be sent to a family member so don´t know what happened there
