.....because if they are, why is this even a story? IMO they're a private message to Marwood and it's wholly justified sarcasm when taken in context of the Nedum situation. Why should anyone suffering from cancer enter into any type of negotiations? Unless it's the player, of course.
This is a non-story.
I'd agree with this. It's hardly the worst or most upsetting comment in the world.
Cancer is such an emotional thing, it seems you can't mention the word without somebody getting all uptight about it.
The people involved, the timing of it, the blowing out of proportion of the issue, all make this a fishy story.
I don't want to lose somebody who has done a good job commercially for the club for the sake of a few bleeding hearts.
Oh and Cook has been right in many ways. When he bigged up our future, he was justified. When he said Milan bottled it, he was close to the truth then too.
Having said that, if it's a cover up, then he hasn't covered himself in glory, but it looks like a non story to me.
