Talksport listeners

Apparently, they had a poll recently about who is the best transfer window signing.

Aguero was ranked second, Nasri a distant 10th.

And who was voted in at number one?

Go on, have a guess.

To be fair, he is top of the Fantasy League midfielders. How Shrek's above Dzeko I don't fucking know!

Anyway, he has had a good start but the findings of TSs polls will always be flawed as the only ones who actually complete the polls are the Rags.

Fair enough, he's made a good start for them but you can't only make a judgement from three games, you surely have to make an educated guess as to how their form is likely to pan out over the course of a full season (or longer). Aguero and Nasri are known world class players, Young is all potential still.

Do I have to state the obvious?

anyone with any sense knows it's young, then brown then giggs. Then downing, henderson, adam, enrique. Then brown & o'shea.

Anyone we bought is clearly an over rated mercenary. Personally, I'd never even heard of Aguero or Nasri before we signed them, so they're not the sort of players to make an impact in the 'best league in the world' (c)

The one I'm looking at is just as bad. Third place goes to Stewart Downing LOL

Funny, I would say the best bit of business was Joey Barton to QPR.

Ha ha ha, not getting out of it that easy pal, I compared Shrek to Edin, as you know full well.

Are you serious mate? So you're complaining because they based it on what they've seen so far and haven't just guessed? Once again making something out of nothing

meh - rags know fuck all

if you ask me there best business was not loosing rooney and nani in the last couple of windows but what do I know
fairly soon young will expose himself for what he is - a form player who has peaks and troughs throughout the season - he will go mediocre again - maybe even this weekend - trust

Couldn't agree more. love him or hate him, on the form he has produced over the last two seasons possibly the best 'free' ever imo

I would've had Young, and day of the week, but all's we ended up with was Nasri. Ah well, we move on.

I'd of thought De Gea would have topped the poll. Some City fans had him in the Manc best 11.
