Firstly I know I said I'll never post on here again, however just waiting for FP1 of the F1, Robbie Savage saying that due to our strength and depth in the squad, he strongly believes we could do an Arsenal and go the season unbeaten, views?
Tick tock tick tock.

It won't happen. It's a learning season for Mancini and the players with the pressures of the 2 major competitions plus the other cups. The likely and necessary team changes will probably cause a problem or 2 along the way and we will lose a silly one along the way even if we have a great season ( which we will)

why did you say you'd never post again? As for savage, meh his opinion on football isn't one i would listen to. Last week he said Mertesacker wasnt very good cos he flopped at Real Madrid, Mertesacker has never played for real but Metzelder has...lets take one game at a time and try our best to win that, lets not get carried away...
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not the first time I've heard that opinion. And if you take our start to the season in context with the end of last, not ureasonable. ur easy win at Spuds will have sent shockwaves through them all.

But it's silly to base opinion of the whole season on 3 matches - look at Chelsea last year. depends who's injured etc. I'm starting to feel a little uneasy with both Dejong and Barry out already!

I mentioned at the time that the comm shield defeat was an important reality check for the club at exactly the right time. 45mins watching the ball and going through the motions will get you beat whoever you are. This squad still has a lot to learn and that may involve further defeats for no other reason than the team coasting as a whole. We have already seen cheap goals given away due to lack of concentration higher up the pitch. That needs to be irradicated completely for the 97+ mins players are on the pitch and unfortunately it may have to be learnt the hard way.

imo there is little for this squad to fear. Mainly... Flu Virus, Barca, Real, Themselves

We are never going to lose a football game ever ever again.

And BFTB, keep posting please. I love your Robinho avatar. I'm still none the wiser as to what he's doing.
