I'm pretty sure the diagnosis on Friday was two weeks.

Last I heard DeJong had some sort of cast on his foot. Is he back? I sincerely hope Barry is fit at least because Saturday gave cause for concern in the deep midfield.

I'm hearing that Barry's injury is worse that first thought and he could be out for another week or so yet.

Without De Jong, I think that this team will do the trick..........

Not sure about Milner's condition or Barry's for that matter & fullbacks could go either way, but if Mancini sticks with the league formation it could look a bit like that.
Haven't seen Napoli v Cesena, but this is pretty much last season's formation with new addition Inler taking Pazienza's place, who's gone to Juventus.

Not sure about leaving Nasri out. I would imagine any defenders lining up against him, Silva, Aguero and Dzeko will shit themselves before they're out of the tunnel.

Now Milner is a doubt as well?

What does our midfield look like if NDJ, Barry, and Milner all aren't fit? Maybe Nasri deeper?

Zabba can play the holding role.. he would get carded but he can do a good job there with Yaya.

I'd be surprised if the team was much different from the one which played Spurs. Just tweaked to cover injuries or for Bob's personal preference at fullback in regards to the oppo's strengths/weaknesses but I recon the main figures will all be there in the same positions but the holding mid job is the only big question, if GB & JM are missing. He could decide that Napoli will park the bus, so just throw Tevez or AJ in rather than play a 2nd holding player.

Otherwise, Zabba or Kolo there & Tevez, AJ & Balotelli are good potential game changers to come from the bench against a tiring oppo if needed.

Or he shocks everyone & starts Hargreaves. That would be fucking hilarious on here.

Ha i was thinking the same that he could decide to throw Tevez in, maybe playing slightly deeper. It is a possible and you never can be sure with Bob tbh. I would think though he might go a bit safer and still have two 'holding'. If one of those is Yaya and Napoli sit back then he can just push Yaya into his more forward role. Kind of covers two possibilities.

Hargreaves is not named in the CL 25 so that would be more than surprising to see him start.

Did anyone else catch Bob say in the press conference on the OS that Balo has been 'disqualified' for the next few games? Is this from injury, the daft backheel, or just a bad translation?
