Not too thrilled about our game play.

Too slow going at it, especially when given opportunities to counterattack (where we slow down and let our opponents catch up).

Alot of mistakes in the defense - Kompany mixed some great things with real stinkers.

Good to get a point in the end and I just hope it will do us good. Maybe stop us believing all the hype.

i think richards and clsy would be bether option

Fair enough. I mean it's still all to play for, the hype is still there. But, they had too many defenders, but you gotta give them credits they closed us well.

Tevez had a shit warm up and a "couldnt be arsed" attitude when he came on...imo.

Happy enough with the result, a good point in the end, napoli were much better than I had expected and we were off our game a tad.

All in all, a good solid game that brings us back down to the ground a bit, we aren't Barca just yet ;D

Bit disappointed with that ending (not a bad thing to be disappointed after a CL game), I think Dzeko should have been left on for another 5 mins, we were building a good head of steam and bringing Tevez on seemed to take that away from us.

Thought we missed Micah down the right tonight. Zabba was willing enough but he invariably slowed our attacks down where as Micah often injects a bit of pace and commits defenders. I see Bobby's logic in being tight at the back but I think Micah needs to play at home.

Really needed the 3 points from this one but in the end was grateful for the 1. I think playing Zabba and Kolarov was a great decision tbh. The prem is a more important and realistic target this season and its good to get all the players involved in big games early on as it will benefit the side in the league imo. Don't feel as disappointed with that as I thought I would be if you told me it would be 1-1 before the kick off. Both well taken goals as well.

Disappointed but also relieved. Some very sloppy passing after that thrilling start. David Silva contributed nothing in the second half, getting progressively worse, and Tevex was like a bloody Sumo wrestler when he dragged himself on. Still, it wasn't a disaster, and we needed reminding that while we might be able to get away with the odd stray pass against the likes of Wigan and Swansea, we will cause ourselves problems against better teams. Kompany could also do with a kick up the arse for nearly losing us the game.

disappointed overall, some good patches but napoli really packed the edge of the box and we couldn't get off the tight passes between our forwards.

we need to be alot more direct in our attacking and get the full backs bombing forward with their defense chasing us rather than facing the attack coming.

should be some real lessons learned here about how some prem teams will set up against us and play on the break
