I have a postcard of Carlos on my desk at work. Underneath it is the word Pasion. I draw upon it whenever I need inspiration at work and feel like packing it in.

I'll be taking it down tomorrow as it's of no use to me.

Carlos Tevez should be "sold" to Sheik Mansour other Club Al Jazira with a buy out clause of 200 million £ a 20 year contract... and left rotting on the bench

From teamtalk:

Carlos Tevez has denied refusing to play for Manchester City in the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

City boss Roberto Mancini claims the Argentine striker refused to warm up when asked during the second half at the Allianz Arena, and says his position at the club is now untenable.
Tevez though, has released a statement claiming the incident was a "misunderstanding", and claiming he was ready to play.
He said: "I would like to apologise to the Manchester City supporters, with whom I have always had a strong relationship, for any misunderstanding that occurred in Munich.
"They understand that when I'm on the pitch I have always given my best for the club. In Munich on Tuesday I had warmed up and I was ready to play.
"This is not the right time to go into specific details as to why this did not happen but I wish to state I never refused to play. There was some confusion on the bench and I believe my position was misunderstood.
"Going forward, I am ready to play when required and to fulfil my obligations."
City went down to a 2-0 Champions League defeat by Bayern.

This is exactly the right time to do such a thing, cunt.

He just has to go, at all costs.

I'd prefer Mancini to play a kid, or play 4-5-1 with five genuine midfielders, rather than give Tevez another chance.

Stick Harry Bunn on the bench, lad deserves a chance.

Tevez can fuck off for good.

Or you could rearrange the letters, replace the 'A' with another 'O' and remove an 'S' and have it read Poison.

Not very inspirational, mind.

I was talking to someone a few months back who goes to a golf club in Wilmslow that Tevez also uses.

He told me that Tevez used to turn up with a big entourage who would follow him round the course as he played a round of golf on his own.

This is a strange man that Mancini now has to deal with.

i hear some of the pundits especially souness say this wouldnt happen at manchester united

Sir Alex Ferguson's patience is tested as Vidic pulls out of Milan tie
• Daniel Taylor in Milan
• guardian.co.uk, Monday 15 February 2010 21.41 GMT
Sir Alex Ferguson's increasingly precarious relationship with Nemanja Vidic has deteriorated even further after the unsettled defender pulled out of Manchester United's Champions League match against Milan.
United will have to face the seven-times European Cup winners without their reigning player of the year and, despite his natural reluctance to question his players in public, Ferguson could barely disguise his irritation as he explained why the Serb had withdrawn from the travelling party.
Vidic has missed the last nine matches since withdrawing from the FA Cup third round tie against Leeds United on 3 ¬January, citing a nerve problem in his calf, but Ferguson had been certain that a defender who has been renowned in the past for his desire to put himself on the line for his team would be in ¬contention tomorrow. Vidic's withdrawal is ¬understood to have gone against the feelings of the club's medical staff and Ferguson hinted at major doubts about the player's commitment.
"It's a difficult one because he feels he needs to do a lot of training," Ferguson said. "He has been training for the last 10 days but he still does not feel he is ready to take part in games. That's something we just have to be patient with and that's what we are doing at the moment."
The manager's tone was one of exasperation rather than sympathy, ¬leading to questions about whether he saw Vidic remaining at the club beyond the end of next season. Ferguson robustly insisted there were no plans to sell him but his frustration was evident going into a tie in which he already has misgivings about Rio Ferdinand's involvement in the centre of defence.
Ferguson is said to have informed colleagues that Vidic does not "want to hang around" and this is not the first time he has expressed ¬frustration with the Serb's newly acquired habit of pulling out of matches at late notice. When he withdrew from the Leeds tie during the warm-up an exasperated Ferguson admitted that he "couldn't tell you" why. The 28-year-old did the same before the game against Arsenal on 31 January and, in the meantime, has repeatedly been linked to, among others, Milan.
Ferguson conceded that "a lot of clubs want to buy our players." Asked if he wanted to keep Vidic, he replied: "Of course we want him to stay. He's a great player, one of the best centre-backs in the world. Of course we want to keep him."

cook's internal investigation ended in him being kicked out so we know City don't just use the phrase as PR bullshit

None of us in the ground knew this was going on. We were that far away you couldn`t tell. Even when Milner came on we thought Bobby was just being a daft cunt.

Glad the clubs done this. Thought the site had been quiet all day. Just need to be very careful as not to lose major value when he gets flogged in Jan. Until Jan he should be made to turn up to training and be made to train alone.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?
