Dzeko reaction

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I don't understand what was so bad about Dzeko's reaction. He was pissed off about being subbed, so....? What ? Why can't he be pissed off ? Silva went off shaking his head the other day.

Rooney has reacted far worse than that on occasions & there's been no punishment from Sir Bacon.

Will he start today, or will Mancini make a point by putting him on the bench?

I don't know but I hope he plays, as we need to get him scoring again & Blackburn is an ideal opportunity.

I've left him in, I reckon he'll play now he's apologised.

Which he will get in the 2nd half, he cannot start.

Step forward Madio Balotelli.

He stepped forward indeed. Scored 3 in 3 now. He's the best striker suited to the way we play.

If that's the case Ted, what's wrong with Tevez'?

Once in the safe confines of the dressing room they can do all the head shaking they want, and they can take it up with Mancini in his office if that's what their hearts desire.

If they do it in public it just further adds to the allegations that we're not a team but a collection of out of control egotists.

And another thing.

Mancini was spot on with the way he's treated Dzeko.

After the Munich game : Mancini - "He can sit by me on the bench during the next game".

Thursday : Mancini accepts Dzeko's apology (according to Dzeko).

Today : Dzeko sits by Mancini on the bench.

Mancini = cool dude.

Apart from that. Isn't this the way Carlos started?

Funnily, when Sergio came off telly showed Dzeko as if to say he should be disappointed. Then, I got a text to say that SSN had said that Nasri had been asked to come on.

We're turning into some sort of fable, used to troll out anything other than football.

4-0 you cunts, and hopefully Kean sacked, now stick that in your pipes and smoke it. Soon you'll be telling us how good we are for keeping the scum from running away with the league!

Agreed, he did what he had to do today with Dzeko and giving him a couple of minutes at the end was really a case of testing Dzeko's Tevez qualities.

I reckon all the players will now be thinking "don't disrespect the manager or you will be dropped".

Well done Mancini.

Dropping him also meant Balotelli played who had a cracker. Good management.

I thought he was ok against Swansea had a good game vs Bolton and was brilliant vs Spurs. But he's been poor since and was poor last season aswell. I'd love him to prove me wrong and make me eat my words but some people seem to be intent on defending him to the death and refusing to criticize him.

He needs to step it up a level. Against Bayern you simply can't miss a chance like the one he had. It's all good and well scoring a fabulous 4th goal but when a chance comes your way in a big game you have to take it.

I've always criticized his first touch and quite rightly. More often than not his lack of close control is infuriating, the ball simply bounces back off him. To me he's a striker who's brilliant if you get crosses into the box like we did against Spurs, but if we're gonna play a neat, delicate passing game with no wide men then Balotelli is far more suited.

oh man u a full of it you cant miss one chance and blue in bosnia got all the games wright there all of them and aguero miss like i dont know how much clear chances by now but that dosent boderd u , the problem is u only have problem with dzeko not the big picture , why we are playing like this becose off dzeko he is prove that hes dedly if u give him the ball in area , why we dont deliver thats other thing, i say once i will say it again , club with this players must win games and if he loose like against bayern or get comback like fulham that is on most big clubs on menager shulders not on players . but i guss this shit with tevez help manchini escape one more poor tactic preformance for me....

Yes he is fantastic IF you play the ball in the air from wide areas. But if we're not gonna play with wingers then what's the point of him playing? I admit I am probably over harsh but he just isn't suited for a delicate passing game. He's not deft enough on the ball, his control isn't quite there yet.

man done talking to u abaut dzeko ok , u see that he s decent guy and good player he prove it once he will prove it again and u honestly in 21 days u say 10 difrent things abaut the guy so for me personely your opimion is irelevent , so i will not read youur shit any more and u dont read my, by u best knowing critic of football ever .....

Why do you come on here? You're not a city fan, you're just a Dzeko fan Or more like a stalker. You seem to have this stupid view that he's the greatest player in the world and anyone criticizing him knows nothing about football. I've not discounted him, nor have I said he's a bad player. I'm saying overall since signing for us he hasn't played well enough bar 3/4 games. I hope he comes good but he needs to step it up. Now remove yourself from his fucking arsehole.
Yeah Dzeko was really deadly against Bayern wasn't he?

What are the 10 different things I've said in 21 days?

from wath i see here ewrybody thinks u are stupid and thats one more stupidity stalker of the player, HAHAHA ,man i live in bosnia we dont have stalkers , i come becose i wont and becose u cant stop me u litlle child so angry becose nobady agree with him so u start judging who is fun who is not who the fuck are u, u start with dzeko is shit and 14 days ago u say he prove me wrong and before that u say he s shit so make up your mind man :) , i say it once and i will say it again dont comment my post i wont yours , i wont read yours so leave me alone u boring , boring guy , ok
