Where did you get this from?
I read that Newton Heat played on North Road, probably near/around Clayton park (but that's just a guess).

The Original pitch the rags played at was on Monsall Road in Newton Heath as Newton Heath Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Football Club.
So it's bollocks their pitch was there

The Bank Street United Stadium was where the Velodrome car park is now on the opposite side of that picture above
