Milner and SIlva

What a partnership this is turning out to be. The interplay between those two for the second goal was magic!

Milner finally showing his worth, much more than just a battler, showed some fantastic touches today. What a bloody squad we have. 5 clear with a massively superior goal difference. Roll on Wednesday

You know who it's reminiscent of, think Eyal and Ali.

That second goal was the key goal and it was poetry in motion.

All our English lads staked a claim for inclusion in the national squad too, let's see Capello try and ignore them now.

Just watch that second goal again! They were on the same wavelength. Silva didn't eve have to look for the return pass because he knew exactly where Milner would be.

Hmm Dzeko is good but until he converts a few more of his chances I think we should refrain from referring to him as the 6th Jesus!

Big show of faith in Milner by Bobby today, repaid in spades.

Him and David were unstoppable in that inside right area.

Milner was everywhere! No wonder he ended up assisting one from the left & right each. Look at the guardian chalkboards here.

Some lovely stuff from Silva today. Sublime. Best player in the Prem by a country mile at present.

The goal Milner got a couple of weeks ago finally shed the frustration he has obviously been toiling under, he was just trying too hard for nearly a season. Since then he has just exploded. The pass and first time volley for the goal v BB was class, the tricking of the whole of the Villareal defence was off the scale imo, one of the best pieces of play i have seen under those circumstances and pressure.
Today again he was superb and the great thing with him is that you gat all that and a player who gets back, runs all over, pops up all over the pitch and will put the tackles in. What is there not to like.

Playing with Silva and others like Yaya must be a dream for some of the players like Milner. Micah too really looking like he is enjoying things.. It is starting to rub off on them more and more and inject some real confidence into already great players.

I really think Milner is turning into the type of player gerrard was in his prime.

I think Milner - Silva can do much better than Nasri - silva
because Nasri and silva are similar type of player
