To be fair they were full of praise the day of the derby.

If he is claiming it's Portsmouth, it's in the same way that Spencer from the MUEN claims to support Bury ie: utter bollocks. Maybe he supported them as a kid.

What a vile, despicable c**t Paul Smith is. Every time I see him on the Sunday supplement his vitriolic criticism of our club gets worse. It's a good job there are journalists like Martin Samuel on the programme to give it much needed balance and articulate viewpoints. Did anyone else get the impression from that last video that Martin Samuel doesn't have a lot of time for him?

I just listened to the podcast. They did mention the derby. One of them predicts we'll win the league. All of them have us in the top 2.

Put your handbags away. Our club is not the centre of the universe despite the Tevez affair getting consierable coverage.

Dazby - whilst you are 'technically right' - it is all about context. I watched it all - and those bits you mention a couple of times - and it is like being 'damned with faint praise'.

Yes they said those things but it was in the context of them talking about who will finish 3rd/4th - yes they did (very very very briefly) mention the 1 - 6 - but it was a throw-away line when talking about another club

In fact I would say the opposite to you on this occaision - the references they made - in the context they made them - only strengthens the view that there is strong bias against our club.

The strength of the bias depends on the individuals from week to week of course - but I think those that are referred to as being 'balanced' are only really so in comparisaon to others - and unfortunately they are having to 'live with' the fact that we are here to stay so their jobs will need them to report on us - through gritted teeth.

This week:

The host - BW - always has been negative and remains so - even when he does mention something ('cos he has to) that should be positive he finds a way to spin it. As host shoud he not have had somehwere in there a comment like............... last week's programme was before the result of the season so far - in fact of many seasons - and we should just discuss this.......? No it was essentially totally ignored apart from a throw-away comment

MS - as balanced as they come - not overly positive but seems so when compared to others and enjoys wider respect in the game so is able to pull rank a bit - stopped the PS twat from totally going off on one

PS - well enough said elsewhere - there is something personal here - it cannot be just 'normal'. His vitriol towards CITY is at a level that sees him losing control - we must have cost him something personal in the past - that or he is just a total twat

JR - (Ithink that is the right initial) - has spent so much time up baconface's arse for so long now he just drips fawning praise. This so that he remains one of the few allowed to attend court. I feel slightly sick that he is now starting to say 'sort of' positive things about CITY - it smacks of a career sycophant making sure that he is in with the new force - no matter how he would have rather that we had just fallen apart

No Dazby - not sure what the most appropriate collective noun would be but it must be something that reflects the content of a spittoon

Ted - you (with Slim and Carl) would be good at this sort of thing............

What is your suggestion for a collective noun for these tossers - Spittoon contents describes by view of them but probably does not work grammatically

Hows about something along the lines of Penthouse pets ASSHOLE of the month award and a little write up on why?

Jizzjug is a good choice.

You lot are doing what pisses me off about fans of other clubs. "He didn't say nice things about my club so I'm spitting my dummy. wah wah wah."

We were praised. Even if they continued to slag us off, provided they had a decent argument they have every right to do so. You lap it up when they slag of other clubs but get all haughty when we're the one's in the firing line, which we weren't.

Grow up and stop being so precious.
