Sorry for my lack of English skills, I am new to all this but I can assure you that I am fully English and have been for all my life(26) yrs. Now there was a problem there undoubtedly with Tevez but should he not have spoke with him first and then maybe worked something out with him? Obviously needs to be warned officially bit think the path of action was not great,
Also with ade, maybe try and work things out with him instead of slating him a mardy arse who is lazy and can only think about his pay packet? Instead ask if there is a problem try to rectify the problem and if the only solution is a sale then so be it.
I hope I've made my point a little clearer then before, I just feel maybe it's more than just a coincidence that these players say the same thing about bobby being arrogant man.

He did all he could for Tevez but to say it was similar for Adebayor is nonsense. He didn't want Adebayor & wouldn't play him. I think he got it wrong with some players last season but it's his decision, the club has rightly backed the manager on these issues & whether or not they could have helped us last season, we improved at the end of it, are top of the league now & Mancini seems to be happy to move on his own signings if they don't do what he expected, so I don't see how anyone can complain about what he's doing now.

The Borgs are the other way around. They assimilate the people they conquer into the Borg culture/society, they are not assimilated into the conquered culture.

Apart from that you're right. The Normans were often related to leading Anglo-Saxon families on the other side of the channel, and spoke the same language, although the Scandinavian the initial Normans spoke was quickly forgotten and replaced by French.
