That twat just wants to fuck us over everytime. Now we've got Lescott out for three games for a Hansen red card.
To me Dixon put the boot in then said he was probably innocent.

He says he jumped up a little but then jumped down. Makes it sound premeditated and deliberate. At full speed it's none of those things to me.

No he didn't...he said no one could be certain that he deliberately stamped on him.

Watch it at full speed there's nowt in it, hence why the ref didn't book Mario or worse, as he saw the incident are we not in Scouse Johnson territory?

I thought he didn't defend Mario too well when you know exactly what Hansen is going to say but he did say he couldn't be certain that he stamped him. Hopefully it dies down over the next couple of days.

And if Tevez goes hopefully we'll get a new striker to boot. We're struggling a bit with only three.

The ref was looking at it so if he puts it in his report and he should because he WAS looking at it and says in real time i didnt think it was a booking there is jack fuck all the FA can do.

That's what i thought....The angle from behind looks bad, but from the front camera and at normal speed theres fuck all in it.

Thought Dixon stood in Mario's corner very well there..Unlike Hanson.

Surely there are pics from the back of the goal showing him looking at the incident as it unfolded. I've seen the one from behind

Yes, because 60 goals from 22 games is quite a struggle....

1. If it was one of ours got "slipped on" like that I would be fuming
2. I love mario but he needs to see staying on the field as a priority, he is already a liability and needs to sort that out right now
3. The lescott offence was much worse, but that's not newsworthy
4. I love it when shit goes are way.... Massive 3 pts

If two players were to pick up injuries for even a short period, we'd be struggling. Four striking options is better than three.

Yes...we have Serge, Dzeko and Balotelli...we could do with another body, especially if Tevez goes and Balotelli is banned for four games. If Serge or Edin or both of them get a knock, we'll be in trouble, regardless of their current form.

Is dzeko supposed to be a striker? I just thought he was a spare keeper.

Seriously, is he supposed to be a striker? Cos normally they're quick and aggressive and strong and have a good first touch.

For the game on Wednesday, they should get Carroll and Dzeko out at half time to entertain the crowd by playing one touch to each other.

I agree with 1 2 & 4 but there are too many incidents of people sticking their arms/elbows out and getting away with it for Lescott to be punished & many are far worse. It happens regularly without punishment, so to make an example of Lescott all of a sudden would e totally out of order.

Anyone who has to stick their leg out like Mario did in order to balance however, is either a spastic or David Beckham.

I think he could get away with it because I don't think he made contact. I think any injury to Parker was caused by him headbutting Mario's leg beforehand.

As Ted points out, the injury/gash to head was sustained during the initial collision, I don't think he actually made contact when his foot went down did he?

Either way, I don't think it's conclusive and his body language doesn't suggest any malice in his actions, but fuck it, it's Mario so it must've been an intentional stamp if you listen to the bullshit being spouted out as soon as the FT whistle went! Fucking joke, the wankers in the press are gonna have a field day with this shit and FA will no doubt take action tomorrow. Time to step it up a notch Mr Dzeko!
