You could, yes. I don't think Parker's was a red, yellow yes. The tackle for the penalty could have been a red card but it had no baring on the result, game was over.

Fact is, we got the rub of the green on Sunday and we were due it. If you can't see that then we'll obviously not agree on this.

No, I do see it but in the context of the game, taking everything into consideration, it makes no difference. We beat the Spuds, in the last minute, with a penalty by a player who possibly shouldn't have been there. Bliss.

I don't understand. Your saying us getting the rub of green made no difference and then go on to say that a player who should have been sent off scored the winner.

Of course it made a difference.

We had a bit of luck and gained from it. Happy days and about time after the run we've had.

What goes around comes around. How many times have we seen players who "shouldn't have been on the field to score" do exactly that?? All I can hear in work is "that Balotelli guy is a headcase", "should be banned for life" etc etc. These fckers probably never even watched the match but go on what they see and hear on Sky and Talkshite and the rest. It's trial by media pure and simple and its time the City hierarchy pulled the rug from under these cunts.

Nice of the BBC to use a picture of Michael Ball from his time at city to accompany the story on his homophobic tweets...

Eh, what you talking about. You thought Parker's was a yellow where I thought it could've been red, ie. taking everything into consideration. They got the rub of the green, the luck, by Parker not even getting a yellow which from later challenges, even if you seen it as yellow, could've been a red. Meaning that Parker wouldn't have been on the pitch to slide in on Mario (late of course) and force him into that position.

You never know, if Kaboul had gone, or Lescott, the world maybe a totally different place right now.

I have read enough and heard enough since the beginning of the season. I've listened patiently to Utnied fans, Scouse 1 & 2 fans. I have heard TT Abrahams on the air waves from Talksport ( TT = That Tosser). Watched MOTD, Listened to the Sky commentators , when not actually at City games.

The one thing that comes out above everything else , inspite of the worry or apparent paranoia City fans appear to be
showing with all these events happening against City. The one thing that stands out amongst the hysteria surrounding everything City does, is the desire for Clarity.
The objectivity of those that follow City and those involved at City.

We aren't asking for special treatment, we are asking for fair and equal treatment for all teams in the league and at all games.

This clearly is not happening.

Playing good football and trying to play attacking football will eventually win out over the pathetic FA, Media and fans of United , and so on.

In every walk of life in the UK these days, you are being fed garbage from Polititians, the Media, the FA.

Inspite of all the crap being thrown against the Fan of Football none of it is sticking against City.

Watching the game last sunday in the pub, with the rest of a small group of City fans here in Zürich. The game was being screened on four large screens. The pub is big, it was quite full and there were all types there, scouse fans , Tottenham fans, Reds and even fans of other teams there. When City scored the first goal. You could hear a pin drop.
When Spurs scored and then equalised, the whole pub erupted.

Yes , we have finally arrived.

Not one person in the bar reacted to the Balo incident, not one single person. Until the witch hunt from Sky after the fact.
It was brilliant at the end when Balo smacked the penalty home. Everyone hated it and we City fans lapped it up.

Sometimes it's good to sit back from a problem and let the various influences on your thinking work there way through your analysis of the situation. Immediately after the game some that watched the game were saying Balo should have been sent off. I maintained that the Ref was more than close enough not only to see any event , but also to clearly see that Balo didn't even touch him with his right foot. Which he didn't. PArker was hurt because his cheek smacked against Balos left leg. Probably hurt too.

Anyway, we are not paranoid, not at all. They aren't conspiracy theories, they are conspiracy facts.

I really do not worry about this City team, this squad and this management.
Not at all. We know what we have with them.
Fantastic and great to watch.

I am unfortunately only worried about what event will trigger the next attempt to stop the City juggernaut.

I cannot think what will happen tomorrow to give us problems. Certainly Liverpool's football won't stop us, but somebody will throw a spanner in the works. Linesman, Referee, Manager.

Gerrard will play to the audience tomorrow. I don't trust that sh*t one bit. Watch his leg go flailing around again tomorrow. I worry that Skrtel will pick up where he left off with Edin too.

I'd still appeal it on the grounds that the replays are utterly inconclusive and his "intent" cannot be possibly proven. I'd like us to make a stand against the fucking FA and this is as good a time as any to do it.

Of the two incidents...Lescott's is the one that is clearly a red card. The fact that nothing is happening to him is a joke and I'd like us to tell the FA what we think of their hypocritical, inconsistent bullshit

goddamit. You're right. I want Lescott suspended for three games as well to show some fuclin consistency.

Oh Yeah, about that elbow check. Now call me old fashioned or whatever, but it looked to me like the Spurs player was raising his foot to hit Joleon over the top. Hence joleons acknowlegment with the elbow to the chin.

Tell you what RH, raise your foot or go over the top against me in a football match and i will take you out with my elbow if possible. You probably wouldn't want to do it twice.

Seriously , usually you can see when someone is coming in over the top and you not only try and protect yourself but try to remind the daft sod not to do it again. So I don't have a problem with Joleons arm stretch.

Nowhere near. If you're old, you are old.

Like you suggest, it's not about being able to make it, it's a matter of choice - the Missus choice. Saying that, it's a dear doo and work always have a say.

Enjoy your trip though and make sure you report back.

Much appreciated.
