Day 6
Legal discussion this morning at Redknapp/Mandaric trial, so nothing that can be reported until 1400 when jury arrive
After 1400 prosecution will finish their case and then we should hear case for defence for first time. Mandaric will begin his defence first ...

Chinners has gone to the trouble of putting the details of the case in this thread. Hence the thread. Therefore, if you read it, you may find the answer you seek, young Luke.

What Ted said ... but yes his account was opened in the name of Rosie47, the 47 representing the year he was born ... er thats the year 'Arry was born, not the dog
I must stress this for legal reasons, the infomation provided on this case are factual reports and Tweets direct from and outside the court and not personal opinion, I also refer you to the OP

Milan's defence appears to be starting around about the time of the frigging dinosaurs. By Friday we might have reached his actual birth.

Indeed, sorry for my tardiness but all will become clear in a mo ...
Whilst I finish typing up my notes a few snipets with regards to the case from 2-3pm
DAY 6
Prosecution finished their case and then Mandaric's defence began . . . .
If found guilty the sentence would be at the judge's discretion. No set guidelines for this offence
Mandaric began talking about his early years. Born in Croatia in 1938, he said he hid with his family for four years in mountains during war
Mandaric told jury he went to USA with no money and sold his company for 100's of millions of dollars "with a big smile on my face"
Spurs coach Joe Jordan was watching from the public gallery today . . .

Clearly trying to make the case about character then, which means he is guilty. Prison for Mandaric and compulsory reenlisting of Redknapp to the 2nd grade of primary school then?

Could be after Harry's job. Was he making a red card gesture with his fingers ?

Day 6 cont.
Mandaric said he always loved football. He'd been a young talented player but dad had stopped him as dad wanted him to be engineer
Mandaric told jury Portsmouth FC was facing closure when he bought club. The club was in administration at the time
Mandaric said he had a "love affair of football" with people of Portsmouth. "Not a rich community, very proud people, they love their club"
Mandaric said he opened a Monaco bank account when living there while owner of the French club Nice
Laughter when Mandaric asked about his relationship with Redknapp: " You mean when I tried to strangle him or when I loved him?"
