3rd tier or north

Postby Dazzacity » Wed Mar 28, 2012 2:08 pm

Looks like I might just make it for grabbing a ticket when I qualify tomo. Ill have to make do and my usual location in the singers is well out of reach. Im just wondering where Id be best goin, 3rd tier or the north stand??? Obviusly the 3rd teir would be better viewing wise, but Im after a good atmos. I remember sitting in the 3rd tier against Hamburg and although the atmos was good throughout, Im pretty sure I remember the northstand getting some songs together without the help of the singers and south. Do you think this will be the case again on derby day?? Also, where is the familystand these days??

The whole of the north stand was designated family from 2010-11 onwards. Something to do with enhancing customer experience.

Ok. Well pleased to have been able to grab a ticket for this. Im also going to stop over the night for it so I can have a few (be rude not to for this one). Just wondering if anyone can recomend any hotels close to the ground?? Obviuosly the city centre will do nicely.Anywhere that is a cheap taxi ride or within a sensible walking distance(the missus wont want to do too much walking)
