Valencia on the bench for them - that's a surprise. Looks like they're going to try and keep it tight.

Well done Roberto to keep it consistent and not shuffle things around. Tevez and Aguero will run circles around Evans and wio

Not at all surprised that shitty Evans and Rafael are relegated to the bench nor am I surprised that Fergie chose a 5 man midfield.

I like our lineup alot...I think Zabs is the better choice for defensive purposes as Richards usually bombs forward and I dont think we need/want that today.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Not sure if I would have preferred NDJ starting instead of YaYa.
Keep it tight in the middle.
Then when they're flustered, limping, and out of fookin ideas, swap him for YaYa for the final push (and 4th goal!!)

Park, Smalling and Jones (to a lesser extent) haven't played much in the last few months. Park is a 'big game' player though and their midfield is ancient. Will be interesting.

So Jones at right back, Smalling with Wio in the middle...Packed the MF out and brought Park back in to...Looks like there setup to stifle our attacks..Need to pin them back deep but watchout for the counters.

Yaya was always going to play.Slight disappointment and maybe even worry is that it looks like he won't have a full attacking role.
I just dont think he is at his best in a central, almost holding role. Typical scum side for a tough away match.Plenty of experience and running and lucky that Evans isnt fit I would say.

a part from Micah, all what all expected.
I can only think he's not 100 pct from the harmstring.
pretty gutted for him, though.

as expected too, the Almighty Scums and their drunken leader are scared to death.

I would of preferred De jong over Nasri and brought Yaya in an attacking role...See how it goes..Im sure Mancini wont fuck around and change things quickly if its not working.

Please that neither Young or Valencia are playing. I expected them to go with a 4-5-1 but thought Valencia and Young were certs for the wide positions.

Would of liked NDJ instead of nasri , the rest the same Yaya playing further forward .

Why is the best defender in the country™ not playing?

Scholes + Carrick + Park - Welbeck = shitting it!

Yes. Suppose that would be better.
I 'm just not sure about YaYa playing defensively. Would much prefer him charging forward.

Can do that at 60 minutes if need be. Nasri got vital goals vs Spurs and Chelsea, plus he's been playing well lately. I would've gone with De Jong all week but now the team's out as it is, game on.

Interestingly, scum bench has Young, Valencia, Hernandez, Berbatov and Welbeck. Rafael only defensive player.
