...Must ask, at what age do they give discounts for oldies?...and would I qualify?

Or do I have to do what you lot do and kidnap a child off the streets before every game?

I'd be pretty surprised if they hiked the prices for ordinary seats, as pointed out the difference in revenue is just not enough - unless the club were desperate, which they aren't. Plus for what it is worth the owners seem concerned with image, public perception or whatever, although you would expect it from most if not all clubs after winning the championship, methinks City are different.. they consider the honourable it seems to me. Like some of the businesses they moved off the academy site, they went and built them new offices, workshops etc.. was that really necessary?

On another note mentioned, maybe the title win and the manner of it will push forward stadium expansion plans?

It is now cheaper for me to pay for my ticket in the family stand, plus a kids ticket for a stepson i no longer have, than move elsewhere in the stadium.

I suppose we know that increases will happen, but i suppose i have to say that even if they hit us badly, i will still probably pay less for 2 season tickets than i did for one in 2008.

Same here fella, had my son last season and got onto shifting into the family stand straight away paid for two adult tickets and my sons ticket (who hasn't been this season) and still worked out £150 cheaper in total

as pointed out by Spartacus, gates revenues have little impact on the overall annual turnover and HH the Sheikh has always paid extreme attention to the Fans' finance. I doubt very much that big increases are at sight.
On the other hand, it's clearly time for upgrading the stadium capacity and, if I'm not mistaken, infrastructural investment are not deemed to fall into FFP profit&loss statement.

I'm going to be well pissed off if these go up dramatically just because we've won something. Did the price go down with every relegation campaign I travelled all over the country to watch? ... did it fucl

Well now that I moved to the UK I am definitely getting a season ticket, would have gotten one even if we had not won the League though.

When will they go on sale by the way?

Yes, I think they really value the current fanbase and connection to the local community. Pushing up the prices too much would wreck that.

But... they have targets of £400m revenue, don't they? How much of that do they expect from matchday?
2010-11 season was £25m. Can they make up the rest from media and commercial?
or are we heading for £100m matchday revenue like Barca/Real/MU?

I had a dream the week we beat the scum that my season card went from 500 to 960. It was horrible.

I am going to look at moving over to the family stand next season with my son but only if i can get onto level two. Not sitting behind the goal in the lower tier.

You mean an access card?

Just phone up and ask them for one. Not sure whether you have to pay for it these days

Well if they do go up substantially we all know where to lay the blame - Twatini. The Sheik does not need the money but the club need to grow revenues to meet FFP
