How de we know? When signing any foriegn player there's n element of risk. We already know Tevez can deliver in the PL. Quite often players do not make the transition from Seria A (where you get 3 hours on the ball) to the PL.

The recent events make Mancini king. Carlos no longer has his hotline to the big boss and I have full confidence that Mancini will make it abundantley clear of how things are.

This has got the taint of that Tevez effigy burning story all over it. I would like to see proof of the existence of this so called schoolteacher. I recon, like the effigy, this has been knocked up by the people who sold the story to the Mail. They made it, gave it to Tevez & photographed it. Then invented the story of the schoolteacher.
