Jose in Silva raid
Real boss Jose Mourinho wants the Manchester City star to add more creativity to his Spanish champions.
Silva was being pursued by the Madrid giants before he signed for Manchester City in a £24m deal from Valencia two years ago.
But Jose Mourinho failed to follow up their initial interest when he took over at the Bernabeu.
Now he has had a change of heart after seeing the way Silva, 25, helped City secure the Premier League title.
Madrid will also step up their attempts to beat Chelsea for the signature of Brazilian starlet Lucas Moura.
Blues owner Roman Abramovich personally sanctioned a £32m bid for the rising Sao Paulo star.
His agent insists Moura will not move until after the 2014 World Cup — but that claim has fallen on deaf ears in Madrid.

Manchester City's Joe Hart has last laugh on Zlatan Ibrahimovic after goal-line face-off
Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart had the last laugh on striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic after the Swedish striker's exuberant celebrations on Friday night.
Ibrahimovic - a reported target of the Blues this summer - celebrated Olof Mellberg's second goal against England by seemingly shouting towards Hart at close quarters.
But goals from Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck - on top of Andy Carroll's early effort - meant England won the game 3-2 and sent Sweden home from Euro 2012 early.
Ibrahimovic struggled to hit top form in the game, with his undoubted presence undermined by sloppy passing. After the game Ibrahimovic shook hands with England boss Roy Hodgson.
But he admitted he felt Sweden were the better side on the night.
Ibrahimovic told UEFA.com: "I think we were the better team against England. I really do.
"We should be proud of ourselves because we played a good game. We played the opposite way to the first one.
"We showed more courage and were much better in dead-ball situations. We played just the way we wanted to play.
"But in both the games we have played, we were in the lead, but after 60 minutes, we lost it all.
"Why did we lose both games? I don't know. That is something we need to analyse and see what we need to do better, or in a different way."

Arsenal may be forced to sell Van Persie and Walcott to Manchester City
Arsenal may be willing to offer Robin van Persie and Theo Walcott new contracts but are unable to match the level of wages that Manchester City or the top European sides such as Qatari owned Paris St Germain can offer.
This would be a big blow to Arsène Wenger and the club so soon after Cese Fabrigas left for Barcelona last season but with both just a year left on their contracts, the Gunners may have little choice.
Arsenal have put a £30 million valuation on striker Robin van Persie and while the club are reported to be willing to make Van Persie the highest earner in the club’s history with an offer around £130,000-a-week, should Manchester City come calling as Gunners chairman Peter Hill-Wood admitted that if another club offers Van Persie £250,000 a week, then Arsenal would not be able to compete.
Arsenal did business with Manchester City last season when Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy joined the Blues and should the club be unable to persuade Van Persie and Walcott to stay both could go to their Premier League rivals.

I was right to move - Clichy
City left-back reflects on a year to remember after France recall
Gael Clichy says that an excellent 12 months since his transfer from Arsenal to Manchester City has proved that he made the right decision.
The French left-back swapped the Emirates Stadium for the Etihad in July 2011 and ended the season with another Premier League winner's medal to add to the one he won as part of Arsenal's "Invincibles" in 2004.
Clichy was Roberto Mancini's first-choice at left-back for the storming run-in that saw City clinch their first title since 1968, in total starting 28 out of the club's 38 league games.
The 26-year-old followed a well-worn path from Arsenal to City when he made his £7m transfer, joining former Gunners Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure in Mancini's squad before Samir Nasri made the same journey a month later.
"It's funny, but I am a vastly different player this year since I moved to City," mused Clichy.
"In my head, it is a turning point in my career. I wanted to see where it could take me. I do not regret it for a moment, as I have gained in self-confidence.
"It has been 10 years that I have played in the Premier League, which is not bad.
"I am champion of England and that is important in the life of a player, one feels stronger."
Patrice Evra got the nod for France's opening game at Euro 2012, but Clichy was a surprise choice for their second fixture, which ended as a comfortable 2-0 win over Ukraine on a stormy night in Donetsk.
Despite the result, and France topping Group D with one game remaining, Clichy is not making any assumptions about Laurent Blanc's selection for the game against Sweden.
"You have to ask the coach. All the better if several players can play in this position.
"If each of us plays in that role and we reach the final, we will all be happy I think.
"The coach has maybe his starting XI in his head but he knows that the others can make a difference."

these new bollox have a definite je ne sais quoi to them which i appreciate.

it's like when you think someone is irreplaceable in a company, then someone steps up and fucking knocks it out. Fantastic.

keep up the great work Patrick. Can i ask tho...is it hard work keeping Chinners in a gimp suit? How often do you have to feed him? Does he wear an adult diaper? does he get a spanking often? Does he enjoy it when he does? Please advise.

cheers
