Training Day 5

Really quite a good training game in this one today.....that kid Marco Lopes looks very very good indeed, Rekik also looks pretty tasty...one particularly nice part where he tracks and disposseses Sergio.

In general our training and coaching set-up now just feels very very high quality....the keeper drills looked excellent. Who is the youngest of the three keepers btw? I know there is Panti and I think Gunnar but there's a younger lad. Good to see all of the keepers actually looking like professional athletes...hard to see a "Weaver" getting on in that group and setup.

Only a couple of flashes of Biton and Razak in here....mainly giving the ball away after some nice work and use of their bodies. Savic looks...like Savic.

Anyway, question I have is...who is number 61, a black lad with shaved barnet....is it Jeremy Helan??

Havent watched this one yet but the 2 other keeprs I have seen so far ar Eirik Johansen and Angus Gunn (only 16 I think).

More than likely Helan if he is a lanky left footer. Off to watch it now.

I was wondering that, I noticed on the Bailey blog, he put down the 11 of both teams, and there were a couple of trialists, one of them was clearly Biton. That number 61 could be the other?

Tis Helan. I shouldn't have turned down the chance to carry Chris Bailey's bags! Just watching it made mr think I was at Carrington but with decent weather :)

Nice to see Vinnie spening a little extra time with Rekik after the game with some words of wisdom. A little bit of Harry Bunn down the left side as well.

Ah, I thought I recognised him. He's filled out.

If ony Bob could teach Weiss how to play football, he is a fantastic talent.

I think the other keeper is Ian Lawlor. You can hear Massimo yelling at him in a different training vid - he doesn't take a direct route to come catch a cross between mannequins and he's yelling "Yan! Yan!"

"You ever had yo sheeeet puuuuushed iiiiin Holmes ?" lol That flick was on the other day, brilliant.

I am glad to see Carlos and Kun getting along well and I cant explain how great it will be to see those two start for us...such energy up front they will provide.
