Moses is a very good player. The only reason he might have off days is because he is surrounded by Wigan players every weekend ffs.

Good, I don't know any Chelsea fans.

I've spent years hoping they'd go bump and just disappear. Last season I realised that I want them to keep finishing second. Basically be like Liverpool were to them, as they watch us catch their league titles and pass it. That's much more painful than anything we went through with relegation etc, as what goes down sometimes comes up. Almost being good enough is much worse - it's the hope that kills you

I have this feeling you may be watching a full changeover of Chelsea's midfield in the next year.

Lampard, Essien, Mikel, Ramires, Meireles, Benayoun out, replaced by Oscar, Mata, Hazard, Moses, Marin, Romeu. Possibly Kakuta will stay on being he just signed a new contract I think. Mikel might stay on as well, but that would be a very young and talented midfield. And rather than being centralised around one player like they are now, it would be a more free flowing floating midfield...like ours...grrrrr. A formation that Torres might actually do well in.

Me too.I expect him to be a key player.Essien was a fantastic player for them, unbelievable work rate.If he returns to full fitness he will be like a new signing.

Yeah but the point i'm trying to make is that if we'd bought him instead of Sinclair 2012 he'd be good player for us. Chelsea never knew how to handle him before now whereas Sinclair was just, well as I said at the rime, shite.

That's true. Not a great player, but could do a job for us. It would mean that we would need to play three at the back more often, though
