me too, I wonder if the rags went mental when Matt Busby became their manager?

Fuck knows.
Football crowds have changed for the worse though - correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you used to have to lose a few in a row, probably with an horrific lack of effort and guile, to get booed off at home?
Which seems to be the standard response for an unfortunate draw with a top ten side now...
I'm amazed all these doom and gloomers didn't just kill themselves during the Frank Clark years to be honest... don't know they're born.

FRANK CLARK... OMG I always forget about him TBH, I think I have a room in my mind where I lock all of this stuff and its never allowed to return.

I actually like the football we're playing under him. Interesting hypothetical question: Would people rather see a Hughes side finish 6th with the football being played, or a Pearce side finish 5th? I'd go for the former, in all honesty.

me too as 5th and 6th place is identical for Europa league placing. this difference is money for finishing position which is not a problem to us.

I'm glad you already know the identity of the Carling Cup winners and FA Cup finalists. Perhaps you can share them with me then I can get some juicy bets on?

Us, of course...although not sure who we will be beating in the FA Cup Final, long way to go yet, could be anyone.

Played some attactive attacking stuff as well, almost keeganesque in his policy of 'we'll score more'. Pisses me off when he's lumped in with the othe clowns mentioned above. Another classic Swales feck up not giving him time. He was great blooding our youngsters as well.
