Get him on at City as summat.
Love Uwe to get involved with us again.

I posted back in the summer (not sure on here or somewhere else) that with our wealth we needed to attract in the summer the best medical staff for the club.
We're investing in top players and they in turn need looking after properly!
At the end of last season we was struggling to put out 11 fit players (still think it cost us 6th) and it was down to bad treatment and assesments.
Not a great deal has changed this season tbh.......it needs addressing and fast.

A lot of that comes down to amount of games and the shitty rehab we had at Carrington not to mention a piss poor gym that to m knowledge only got sorted this summer.
It aint black and white pal, every player heals differently to another.

I hardly think City just employ any old tit to treat the players,to think that is fucking daft.

I don't THINK i know that last year our players WERE treated by tits as you put it......

SWP knee problem was ignored for two weeks until they sent him to a specialist in London, luckily it was only fluid on the knee but could of been worse.
Bridgey's injury was ignored after he come of in a UEFA game, they played him in the next game against Arsenal away and he had to come off after 22 mins, when he was assesed it he had a small tear in his hamstring from the previous game.
Bellers also had a problem towards the end of last season and he was that confident in our doctors and specialists that he paid for himself to see a specialist in Wales (what does that tell you).

Do you want me to go on?

Now correct me if i'm wrong but i'd say the above is black and white that our medical staff last season was not up to the job?
I know that we've employed a new Doctor at the club but i just feel that with our new found riches we should be employing the best for our players to be looked after.

Is that too much to ask?

To be correct you must have all the info. The club Doctors last year were let go because Mark Hughes and staff believed they weren't up to scratch. At the same time, the club Doctors weren't full time employees and weren't really equippied to deal with the stringent intricacies of a professional footballer (and before you ask how I know, I just know). In my book, Mark Hughes has to be praised for his astute awareness of the failings of the staff within and having the nounse to get rid and employ people who are capable of doing the job right.

Wait a minute, via PM? I thought this was a forum where you had chance to aire your views, enabling people to make an accurate judgement and reply as such. Am I to believe from your statement that there is talk going on behind peoples backs in order to falsify the judgement that I have made?

Now, that's why I don't do PM's (not priminsterial types either)!

You are correct in what you say we never had a full time doctor at the club last season and for a prem club it wasn't acceptable.
Just to put the record straight i'm not for one minute blaming Hughes, i'm just saying that as a club with the finances we have we should have the best medical team in place to look after our assets.
