nice guess and credit to sheblue. three points and thanks for that.

Beefy save the effort: only two contender for the MotM poll.

still lost, arent we?

I was going to do one, I'll bother now ;-)

Anybody want to get rid of Mario now?

I logged in just to say it at about 15 min. but Joey deserve a chance, he kept us on track and was the only other one to earn full wage

How difficult are we to watch this season?

Thank god we nabbed the 3 points and at least we are still winning in the league even when we are playing so badly.

Really need to pick ourseleves up and get playing some decent football, the sooner the better.

Undeserved? Do you really think Swansea were better? I know we were poor but I still think we just about edged it overall.Anyway don't really care it's 3 points in the bag from a poor performance but at least a clean sheet. Who's next?

Absolutely Not. But they will feel hard done by for going home without anything to show for their efforts.

With sky blue glasses on I can agree to this. =)

That's the thing though isn't it. Swansea came with a game plan to press us high and play high tempo tackling and defending but only cared about breaking if the chance came.It didn't that often. If they had gone for the win from the start who knows what would have happened. We might have got early goals and strolled it but we also might have lost.

I think if we had got an early goal we would have sat back and invited them on.

we need to start every game like we did start the 2nd halfand it will take pressure of our defence and maybe we can start putting teams away early and get confidence back to our strikers. every game this season has been a struggle and that cant last a whole season

I hear a lot of "where has the City from last season gone". But we had spells where we played really poorly last season as well.
What does worry me is that I thought we were on our way to turn our bad form around with the Sunderland and WBA game, but the Ajax game came made that undone.

I hope that was a sum post. His distribution was nothing short of non-league standard in that first half. He wasn't even under pressure and passed the ball out of play.

Win is a win. Glad we got 3 points, however Mancini needs to sort things out, because at the moment we are nothing but a mess.

Only caught the 2nd half and based on what I saw we deserved the win. Anyway who gives a fuck, 3 points are 3 points no matter how you get them.
Cheers City !

That's exactly what I thought and between them Vinnie and Nasti went missing to allow Michu 2 very good chances.

three games in seven days. the first with 10 men for 70 minutes. the second CL away . the third without chance of rotation , without Silva, Garcia, Milner, Zabaleta, Maicon, Rodwell. that now is a great win, one of those that lead to win titles

You know what it feels like atm, that half a season under Sven that had us in the top 4 at Christmas.

We are undefeated in the league as it stands but you know that if we don't start playing our proper game, it's going to go to shit this year.

3 points was the most important thing this evening after all the hysteria after Amsterdam ! Tevez was immense and Balotelli,s cameo very important and effective imho. United to lose at the bridge tomorrow and the media spotlight will switch to them and taggart ..... nice !
Not really here

You do realise that you are referring to the current champions don't you. That haven't lost yet..., and have a couple of easy games against united and Chelsea coming up soon ...
