Stadium announcer gave it to him as well.

I thought Milner was fantastic. Put in some cracking crosses throughout the game.

Stoke set up with a 9-0-1 and went to a 10-0-0 when jones went off. Pathetic team from an inbred area. Hate stoke.

Your romanian is impressive. I need to watch more streams before I reach your level.

Thought that was a top all round team performance and it made Stoke look really poor. Yes we know they are poor but results this year say they are a tough side to beat.

As ever with a performance like that there were loads of very good individual performances,Zaba got Motm at the ground but I think it could have been Barry,Sergio,Clichy as well but I agree with Carl and would give it to Lescott for his flawless performnace.Their main weapon is lump it to a big guy and they took him off early in the 2nd half due to Joleon's dominance.

3-0 City win, I'm happy

I'll take my pick for MOTM from this lot today:
Clichy, Dzeko, Barry, Zabba, Kompany

Three more points in the bag and a clean sheet for Joe!

All we can do is keep on pushing and slogging it out and pray that 'they' fuck themselves over!

Well done City, shows how much better we are when we move the ball forward with pace!
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Hard to disagree with Shwazy assessment of the game.

Not sure if we might enjoying Ted's comments tonight, as He could have hurt his hands wanking over the embryo of football he is predicating since a year and so... Prevented from typing, I guess.

Delighted at times.

Also all this true uprisal of grit shall pay dividend in next CL campaign. As Sir John would say:a learning curve from mid-table to world dominance, You dont grow a man in 2 years.

Cracking game where we showed the Stokies how to play football. They tried to park the bus and it shows how key to our game are our fullbacks. Zabba on the right side with Clichy terrorising the left allows us to pull players out which opens the middle.

Our front two were immense and seem to have formed a bit of a partnership now that they are actually looking for one another. Let's just hope Sergios injury isn't as bad as it looked.

The middle though, that's where we won the game I feel. Gaz Baz' awareness and passing is so important for our game play and his movement in defence covering left, right or centre allows our fullbacks to get forward. Milners energy, Yayas forward thinking and Daves skill really do combine to great effect.

All-in-all a good game to take us forward in the New Year and one where we can now see how crucial our fullbacks are. Enjoyed that, let's keep that momentum going.

absolutely SPOT ON.
I said it during the match at the SoL: FBs emergency played a huge advantage on MoN's plan for sussing us. It's no brainer that if You have one flank only to protect....

Anyone know if Aguero went off with a hamstring injury? It certainly looked like it.
Platt just said he'll be out this weekend and maybe for the Arsenal game.

Wasn't Oliver the ref at Metrovicks the other week when rip van wankel scored a goal , took his shirt off to display some message and not get a yellow card.... Unlike Edins seasonal wishes ?

Nice afternoon at the Etihad today , some proper messes sat around me worse for ware after last nights partying then hitting the boozer at 11.30 am this morning !!!! LOL

Great to see the Poznan make a re appearance after the 3rd goal . Re the game ...... just shows how important scoring first half is to our cause as it opens everything up , Stoke keeper was wasting time on each goal kick after just 10 minutes into the game , awfull !!!!

We played some lovely football today , its looking miles better than a couple of weeks ago.
Not really here

Pussy just lifted it to his neck which is fine, over the neck like Mario why always me then becomes an instant yellow, thought edin was a fuckwit for taking it off come the end of the season a 1 game ban for 5 yellows may well be crucial.

When Carlos lifted his to his neck at the beginning of the season after every goal he was told to stop by the FA.
