Gut feeling that he can do better than SWP there. And, a front line of Tevez-Adebayor-Robinho is scary to face imho, so that might keep Arsenal a bit more on edge, maybe forcing mistakes out of them, or at least keeping their full backs from bombing down the flanks too much.

Id go with this but more like

I would personally go with this but I just cant see him suddenly dropping SWP. Besides SWP is worse against older, bigger, more experienced defenders who just block him from running past them or suss him out completely. As all Arsenal's left backs seem to be injured I fancy he will be one of our better prospects for this match against a younger, less experienced marker.

I think Barry was rested with the Arsenal and Chelsea games in mind (unless he's crocked) so he should be in. Not really sure what he'll do with Tevez, Robson, Ireland, Bellamy or De jong tbh.

-----------------Given

Ned-----Toure-------Lescott-----Bridge

Weiss----De Jong-----Barry-----Petrov

---------Robinho----Adebayor.

Robbie to drop off and create, get plenty of crosses into the box and put arse cb's and keeper under pressure.

i dont think we will be able to play through the middle of arsenal, so get it wide and spread their midfield

I'd pick Tevez cos we need someone to chase the ball and force mistakes out of the kids. One thing about players like Ramsay is they insist on passing it around even inside their own box, so we need someone to harry and force mistakes. Tevez has the ability to make a right nuisance of himself, more so that SWP for me.

Wouldn't be against starting Weiss, seeing as most of the gooners team will probably be younger than him, but to be honest the team we started with on Sat should be good enough - just need to stop trying to walk it in!

We'll never hear the end of it anywhere, including my local. Speaking of which I'm off there now, and by the time I get back home you blokes should be filling up the stadium. I never watch the match in the pub, from experience, because at home you:

Spend less
Remember the game
Dont fight so much
Actually see it and hear it without some twat leaping about in front of you all the time
Aren't speaking to some pillock about nothing when a goal goes in

Robinho must start tonight. Their right back will be pooing their pants at the prospect. Then give them something unknown tonight and play Weiss on the right. Zabba is out injured so I would go with:

------ Given------
Richards---Toure---Worf---Bridge
-------De Jong---Barry---------
-----------Ireland--------------
Weiss------Ade---------Robinho

SWP, Tevez and Bellamy will be very useful subs tonight
I must remember to get a new signature.....
